Should reduce the amount of mheals requests also.

the Caffeine levels are not High ENOUGH DAMNIT!!

Blah.. anyway Yes Asp wrote a regeneration trance for hp/sp by draining mp. an mHoT idea is totally different. plus  have a cool down marker on player account so said player can't request another mHoT from another Cleric to keep said player from using triggers to chain mHoT.

False hope can only get you almost there...
