reputation thingie

I was thinking it might be a cool rogue command to be able to tell someone's local reputation for them. Since rogues would have an ear to the ground with the criminal element and all... i guess it would be a streetwise command. It might help other classes with figuring out the complexities of the reputation system AND give rogues some command on which other classes can rely. Or just charge the hell out of people for the privilege. Either way, just a thought.
