New Cantrip Idea

I was sitting here on my couch eating a Popsicle and I had an idea for a cantrip.  

An elemental cantrip that creates an flavored icicle.  Once made it's like a bouquet of flowers.  You can lick it and after a couple of licks it disappears.  However, at random if you eat it too fast you get brain freeze that does minor head damage.  Too many brain freezes and your head freezes and cracks and you die.  

Just a thought.
