Message 13 on Rogues' Board of Fiendish Plots

As any thug knows, there is a lot less stuff for streetwise than for acrobatics or murder. I thought about a few ideas that might work out well. I was thinking of 'bribe' used to improve (or worsen) your reputation in a town. 'extort' used to get protection money from shopkeepers. 'barter' a way to get extra cash when selling. What do you think? Oh, bribe would mean there would have to be a judge or something to bribe... or a guard... not sure...
