Three day grace period

One possible idea is that when we have a new rules change or new law added, to give the all of the players an initial 3 day 'grace period' where they will be warned but no serious punishment given.

After that period, though, the law would be enforced as normal.  This would give everyone a little time to adjust, ask questions, get understanding, etc., instead of 'we add a rule then kick your ass with it'
