[03-26 23:28] [Chat] Roku: 1: 20% increase in XP for each deed/quest at level 1. 20% decrease in xp at level 100.  I know that math is a bitch to do right.

[03-26 23:30] [Chat] Icewolfz: all deeds have abase xp min and then it ramps up based on the level
[03-26 23:30] [Chat] Roku: so if I can level a few times at level 1 bc I can do those quests, give me at least 20% more xp than it would today.
