[04-23 20:24] [Chat] Roku: aka, there was a case where someone killed someone with negligence due to cell phone use, was stone cold sober and convicted not of vehicular manslaughter, but instead of negligent homicide. difference is 1-20 years for the former and 20 to life for the latter. It was upheld in appeals.
