[10-26 13:33][Monk]Icewolfz: many npcs self init with buffs or general commands whe nfirst loaded

[10-26 13:34][Monk]Icewolfz: if cleric/mage thats probbaly what is happening
[10-26 13:34][Monk]Icewolfz: i added basic smarts yeara sgo
[10-26 13:34][Monk]Icewolfz: its not 100% completed i never finished the command database ;)
[10-26 13:34][Monk]Icewolfz: but some of the basics in 10 level gpas was added
[10-26 13:34][Monk]Icewolfz: so many nps have a little smarts now
[10-26 13:34][Monk]Icewolfz: they will cast basics shields/buffs when first loaded out of combat
[10-26 13:34][Monk]Mohre: have you thought about lair protection for shop owners?
