[05-19 16:02][Newbie]Icewolfz: not perfect but it prevents in sane #s with bonus stats

[05-19 16:03][Newbie]Icewolfz: htink highest stat is like 100 + bonus so maybe 125 tops

[05-19 16:03][Newbie]Icewolfz: mosnters cna get high #s so thats another reaosn abilities have op caps
[05-19 16:04][Newbie]Icewolfz: dont need a mosnter doing 3000 damage from a rank a command
